SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• Abstracts must be written in English and may not exceed 250 words. Entries submitted in any other language will not be taken into consideration.
• The abstract must be sent in PDF format. A different format for an entry will not be taken into consideration.
• You are free to attach any further information you would like, such as charts, graphs, or tables. Kindly refrain from submitting the identical abstract more than once. If you think your abstract is applicable to more than one session, please indicate which one best fits.
• A single individual may submit more than one abstract, either in the same category or in different categories.

ABSTRACT CONTENT

Your abstract should contain adequate information for review by the Technical Committee including:

• Abstract title: Reference the title or subject of your abstract, which should be pertinent to the session for which you are submitting the abstract.
• Description: Provide a 200–250 word summary of your abstract.
• Conclusions: List the main findings that will be discussed, specify the work's specific conclusions, and explain how they differ from earlier research on the same topic.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

Your abstracts will be evaluated by the Technical Committee members according to the following criteria:

• Impact: How does your work affect the industry or organization?
• Quality: How well-written is the technical material you provide? Kindly attach pertinent findings and/or case studies.
• Innovation: Your abstracts should be unique and inventive, and they should include a substantial amount of previously undiscovered information.
• Industry relevance: To what extent do your submissions apply to other industries?

GUIDELINES FOR SELECTED ABSTRACT

• You will be informed after 20 August 2024 if your abstract has been accepted. All authors who submitted their abstracts will receive an email stating if their abstracts have been accepted or not.
• Authors of accepted abstracts will be required to prepare PowerPoint presentations, detailed instructions on the preparation will be sent to all authors once acceptance to speak has been received.
